Our holiday was very low key, we ate a wonderful supper of
Boeuf Bourguignon on Christmas Eve and relaxed around the fire. Margie knocked our socks off with Julia Child's famous recipe.
Sam was a geared up for dreams of sugarplums dancing.

The stockings were hung by the chimney with care...

In hopes that St. Nick soon would be there!

Christmas morning didn't come too early, Sam slept to nearly 8:00 that morning. The first time he wasn't up at 4:30 the whole week. He had lots and lots and lots of presents. His grandparents, uncles and aunts really spoiled him good.

The rocket ship!

Grandpa and Oma rock out with Sam and his new guitar.

Oma got Sam some special rain boots to slosh around in the backyard with! He wants to wear them everyday.

Watching McQueen with Uncle Scott

The guys!
A treasured and rare family shot, the little dude never looks at the camera.
