We started the next big step, potty training... after Grandpa left, we began the slow transition away from the sippy cup. On Friday, we woke up and gifted Sam his first official set of underwear, Thomas the Tank to be specific. He has gone pretty steadily for about two months now, I was waiting for him to use the potty for #2 before I started.
He is doing great, 2 accidents on Friday, 2 on Saturday and so far none today! I thought this was going to be a lot harder, but it seems he is catching on. He even initiated it with our babysitter yesterday while we were out.

I'm sure potty training is a lot of work, but I bet you'll be glad when he's out of diapers for good!
