My little one year old!

Annarose celebrated turning ONE in the sunshine state with many of our west coast peeps!  A rarity for our kids to be with our family on the other side of the country, we really whooped it up!  Aunt Sarah, Aunt Sue, and Uncle Larry came down to party too.  We got in Friday night, and on Saturday visited with the family and prepared for Annarose's party on Sunday.  We also got to meet the newest member to our crew, little Mikey Shand.  He is a perfect little doll baby, and I think he looks just like Christy and Margie with those big Brzozowski blues.  And Saturday night, we got a more fantastic news.... Ryan and Norah are getting married!!!  Seriously, the weekend was packed with all kinds of goodness.

Sunday, we had Annarose's official birthday bash.  We did a Minnie Mouse party, since we were taking the kids to Disneyland that upcoming week.  She looked so cute all dressed in her Minnie outfit. Poor lamb, she decided to cut all four of her front teeth that week and she was kind of a runny nosed, cranky mess... on top of a 3 hour time difference that made her a bit off schedule.  We still managed to have a good time, with hotdogs, chili and plenty of cupcakes.  A special thanks to Oma and Grandpa for hosting our friends and family, and helping with the preparation of food.  It meant a lot to us to celebrate with everyone in San Diego.
