OBX-Corolla

Our Hauck-Fielden Family trip to the beach was so much fun! We enjoyed the Outer Banks a ton, and can't wait to go back someday. The weather was a perfect 80 degrees most days, warm and breezy. Sam loved the beach, the pool, and has discovered the wonders of Thomas trains.
The little guy didn't mind his toes in the sand one bit!Sam played, dug, shoveled, buried toes, and got a terrible sand rash on the bootie...poor guy, oh the joys of the fair skinned.
Dennis loved flying kites with his uncles! And, Sam was equally enthralled by the magic toys in the sky.
Holly and Dennis played hard the whole week, he just kept going back and forth from beach to pool. What a water baby! This is also a great shot of the house in the background.
Little Damien Jr. has gotten so much bigger since we last saw him in May. He is topping the charts at four months! He is a happy, bright eyed little boy. He just gives you the BIGGEST smiles and is so engaging. Unfortunately, I didn't get much hold time with either Damien or Joey, a certain somebody was getting very jealous.
On the hottest day, we headed to the Aquarium and Wrights brother Memorial. Cody and Sam explored the touch tanks.
Sam and Nana playing trains together.
All my gorgeous little boys, watch out Jonas brothers...these boys will take the world by storm!
Me and my honey.
The last sunrise on Saturday...oh I wish we had just one more day.
It seems everyone was sad to go, especially Nana and Pop-pop who were very busy with their grandsons. The boys never gave Pop-pop a break, especially little Joey. We all came away with some wonderful memories, crab chases, huge family feasts, lazy days by the pool...I can't wait to see everyone again.

I am not really sure why some of the pictures came out so small...except I downloaded them from Holly's kodak album.

So glad Sam enjoyed the beach! It's great to get away with family. We are all very lucky!
